The PRINCE2 Approach – PRINCE2 is based on Seven Principles, Seven Themes and Seven Processes
• Seven principles of PRINCE2 include continued business justification, learn from experience, defined roles and responsibilities, manage by stages, manage by exception, focus on products and tailored to suit the environment. As the term suggests, continued business justification means a fact that justifies a project for its existence and remains true throughout the life cycle of the project. Also a project should be managed in stages and there should be at least two stages in a project.
